With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Dan brings a well-rounded background spanning every phase of construction, from initial planning through project completion. Having worked in both field and office roles, his experience ranges from small office renovations and tenant fit-outs to major base building projects. As Director of Estimating, he draws on this hands-on knowledge to lead the estimating process, evaluate project scopes, identify potential challenges, and develop accurate, competitive proposals. His understanding of construction operations allows him to approach each estimate with a practical perspective, helping position projects for success from the outset.
