Designed to become Peruvian Brothers’ third restaurant location, the space at 660 N Capitol Street NW presented an opportunity to transform a raw shell into an immersive dining environment that reflected the brand’s culture, energy, and hospitality-focused experience. The project required thoughtful coordination to balance visual impact, operational functionality, and the demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Pizzano Contractors executed the full interior buildout, coordinating all systems, finishes, and construction activities to bring the restaurant concept to life. Through close collaboration with the project team and careful attention to detail, the shell space evolved into a warm, vibrant destination that authentically represents the Peruvian Brothers brand. Delivered on schedule and on budget, the completed restaurant supports efficient operations while creating an engaging and memorable customer experience.

“The team from Pizzano were very engaged with our sustainability values and went to great lengths to help us find ways to reuse and recycle as much as possible.”
