National Indian Health Board

This is some text inside of a div block.

The National Indian Health Board (NIHB) sought to transform an unfinished 7th-floor white box space into a functional and collaborative workplace tailored to its operational needs. The project required the creation of both private and shared work environments while integrating new infrastructure and maintaining alignment with the building’s existing systems and overall design standards.

Pizzano Contractors delivered a complete interior fit-out that included a new building corridor, suite demising walls, private offices, conference rooms, open office areas, and a modern break room. The project also incorporated comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades to support the new workplace layout and ensure seamless system integration. Through proactive coordination and detail-oriented execution, the team delivered a polished, adaptable office environment designed to support collaboration, functionality, and long-term use.
