Molson Coors sought to transform its office at 660 W Capitol Street NW into a modern, hospitality-driven workplace that better supported employee collaboration, day-to-day operations, and hosted events. The renovation called for upgraded meeting spaces, private offices, and a refreshed kitchen and gathering area that aligned with the company’s culture and functional needs.
Partnering with OTJ Architects, Pizzano Contractors completed a full interior renovation that included new offices, conference rooms, and an upgraded kitchen and island feature space designed for entertaining and collaboration. The project required detailed coordination of demolition, new MEP systems, and architectural finish upgrades to seamlessly integrate the new layout while maintaining quality craftsmanship and project momentum throughout construction.
