Green Goods Dispensary

This is some text inside of a div block.

The Green Goods Dispensary project involved the transformation of an existing commercial space into a modern cannabis retail environment designed to balance customer experience, operational efficiency, and strict regulatory requirements. The renovation called for the creation of secure product areas, customer check-in and point-of-sale spaces, staff support areas, and upgraded building systems within an active multi-tenant property.

Pizzano Contractors completed the approximately 3,000-square-foot interior renovation, coordinating architectural upgrades alongside comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and security improvements to support the dispensary’s specialized operational needs. The finished space included a welcoming sales floor, secure inventory storage, offices, staff areas, upgraded restrooms, and integrated life safety systems, all delivered with careful attention to code compliance, functionality, and construction coordination within the existing building environment.
