Pizzano Contractors transformed a former dry-cleaning facility into a modern soccer training and administrative center for the Arlington Soccer Association.
The project included full interior demolition and a complete build-out with new offices, a conference room, reception, and upgraded support spaces, along with new accessible ramps, reconfigured restrooms, and improved circulation. Exterior upgrades included selective façade improvements and a new high-performance TPO roof system, delivering a durable, accessible, and highly functional facility.
