The work has ranged from a full 10th floor buildout with partial demolition and new systems, to targeted reconfigurations on the 8th and 9th floors, including office conversions and circulation improvements. Most recently, the 8th floor was transformed with a new boardroom, pre-function space, unisex restrooms, and updated workspaces. Across all phases, the team delivered coordinated demolition, construction, and MEP/AV upgrades while maintaining ongoing building operations.
