Transform a white-box shell into a high-end headquarters that reflects ATPCO's brand while supporting collaboration, flexibility, and modern workplace functionality. The project incorporated premium architectural features, advanced technology, and a specialized broadcast and recording studio, while overcoming challenging existing slab conditions, evolving client requirements, and mid-project subcontractor disruptions.
Pizzano delivered a polished, high-performance workplace featuring a dramatic statement lighting installation, a dynamic elevator lobby, a flexible conference room with operable glass partitions, and panoramic views overlooking Dulles Airport. The completed headquarters also includes a multi-room broadcast and recording studio with specialized acoustical construction. Through proactive coordination, creative problem-solving, and close collaboration with the client and design team, complex floor preparation sequencing, design changes, and trade partner challenges were successfully managed, resulting in a space that exceeded client expectations and supports ATPCO's evolving workplace needs.
