Pizzano Contractors began this project with the full demolition of the existing conditions on the 5th floor, preparing the space for the construction of four spec suites located along the south side of the floor.
Following demolition, each suite was built out from a white-boxed condition into a fully finished, move-in-ready space. The scope included the installation of all new interior partitions, glass fronts, custom millwork, updated flooring, and ceiling modifications.
Each suite features a consistent layout with perimeter offices, a glass-enclosed conference room, a modern pantry, an open area for systems furniture, and a welcoming reception space. The buildout also involved complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work to support the new configurations and ensure tenant flexibility.
